Regulations on Commission and Handling Fees of the TZT Mall

1.Commission calculation standard
This mall does not include any transaction commissions. All you need to pay is the transaction handling fee

2. PayPal Transaction Fees

2.1：Rate standard

Domestic transactions: 3.4% + fixed fees (by currency)

Fixed currency fee

USD       $0.30

EUR        €0.35

GBP        £0.20

Cross-border transaction: 4.4% + fixed fee (add 1% cross-border fee)

2.2:Cost example
The handling fee for a $100 order = $100 × 3.4% + $0.30 = $3.70

3.Bank handling fee：
Once you place your order, you'll need to scan our QR code. The commission will vary depending on your location.
The general transaction fee is between 15 and 60 US dollars

5.Exception handling

Disputes over handling fees must be appealed within 7 working days after settlement

A processing fee of $25 per transaction is required for bank ticket refunds

6.Exchange rate loss

The exchange rate on the settlement date shall prevail

The platform does not bear the difference in exchange rate fluctuations
